21 Day Challenge: Day 6

Ok, I’m not gonna lie… today was tough. I was hungry early in the day, and then I had an upset tummy at the same time. Weird. I woke up later than usual so that was good. But I noticed that I was ready to eat right after I had my morning lemon water.

I started off my day by making myself a tonic. I’ll share how I make my tonics really soon, but I’m still trying to “perfect” my recipes. I actually just learned how to make tonics, and then started doing a bunch of research on what ingredients to use and how they work. If you’re not familiar with tonics, the way I understand it is that they are a combination of medicinal plant herbs that are blended together in such a way, and then consumed for health and wellness benefits. So stay tuned because in a few weeks I’ll be sharing what I know and how I make them.

My eating window today didn’t start until 2pm, so it seemed like a struggle to wait that long. I’m still doing the OMAD plan and I was determined NOT to mess it up! I understand that my body is still adjusting to this way of eating, so I expected there to be a few challenges along the way.

I’ll keep posting as the days roll along. I keep telling myself that these 21 days will set me up for more success AFTER the 21 days are over. So I am trying my best to be disciplined so I can definitely stay on track.
