Day 10 of the 10-10-10 cleanse…


It’s finally day 10 of the cleanse!! Woo hoo!!

As you already know, I stopped the fast portion of the cleanse on day 8 and began to transition back into eating yesterday and today.

I am now pretty much eating whatever I like as long as it’s raw, or lightly steamed or cooked vegetables. I had a smoothie this morning and will probably continue to eat the rest of my pot of homemade vegetable soup.

It’s been a good round of cleansing these past 10 days and I am so glad I did it. I feel pretty good but honestly, I still feel like I need to go deeper as far as cleansing goes. I know there are still some things in me that need to healed, released and rebuilt, physically and emotionally, maybe even mentally too. Old thought patterns, food habits and feelings need have been changed for the better but I feel like I only touched the surface of the internal work that still needs to be done. Like I said yesterday, I will probably do this cleanse again. As a matter of fact, I’m looking forward to doing it again and will very much focus on completing the entire 10 days.

Overall, this was very good for me and I hope it has inspired you to also do some type of cleanse for yourself. It obviously doesn’t have to be the Master Cleanse, but figure out something you can do for your body to heal and to break some bad habits that are not serving you. Some ideas can be a green smoothie cleanse, a juice cleanse, or even just a week or two of not eating dairy, meat, or wheat products. Whatever you feel ready for and feel like you can complete.
