What is your health and wellness plan for 2018?

It’s now January 1, 2018. What are you doing today that will set you up for success in the coming year? We all know that everyone makes “resolutions” for their health every new year. Everyone says they will eat better, exercise more, sleep earlier, and have less stress in their life. And of course, they do okay for a day or two, or maybe a week, and then, they slip back into their old habits and patterns.

I know it’s been challenge for me to make changes for the better in my life, not just around the new year time. I’d like to share my new year plans with you here. I want to keep myself accountable and visible so I can stay on track and focused.

My goals and plans for 2018 are:

  1. Clean, declutter and organize my entire house.
  2. Do at least a 3 day water fast, every season (winter, spring, summer, fall).
  3. Get back to eating 100 percent fully raw.
  4. Exercise and daily movement.
  5. Spend more time with my son and help him heal allergy and asthma issues.
  6. Write and self-publish two books.
  7. Double my income.
  8. Pay off at least 30 percent of my debt.
  9. Wake up by 6 a.m. every day.
  10. Create and share daily content.

This list is a guide and will help me to create and execute a structured plan for myself. I’ll share more about how I’m putting these goals into action in a series of future blog posts.

What is your focus for 2018? I’d love to know if you care to share in the comments below!
