Mindfulness in May: Day 23 – Make new friends

Starting off week four, we’re gonna focus on trying new things this week. And today is all about taking the initiative and making a new connection.

Day 23: Initiate a new friendship or connection.

It’s not easy to meet new people, I totally understand that. But this doesn’t have to be an overwhelming thing. You can just say hello to someone first, or even just make small talk and be friendly while you are out and about during the day. Just remember to make that connection, and if it turns into something great, if not, that’s fine too.

And always, always remember, to just have fun!
