Mindfulness in May: Day 27 – Read a new book!


Day 27: Pick a new book to read.

Today is Friday, so it’s the perfect time to pick up a new book to read this weekend. You can stop by the bookstore or the library on your way home today. Or maybe make a family trip out of it tomorrow afternoon.

Reading is one of my most favorite ways to spend my time. I love reading mostly non-fiction books, but I can easily get caught up in a good fiction novel when I’m on vacation.

Another good place for books is the thrift store and garage sales, so don’t worry if you don’t have the budget to get the latest best seller in hardcover.

So grab a book and start reading! I’ll check in with you again tomorrow!
