My vegan food journal


For the past year, I have been tracking my food and activity. I have learned that the best way to see how food affects you and what you can do to improve your diet and lifestyle, is to track what you eat. There’s a saying that goes something like: “You can’t improve what you don’t measure.” This is so true.

  1. Hi Desiree. I was wondering if you could post an update of the Japanese Thermal Treatment you had done in 2013? I would greatly appreciate it. I am interested in getting the process done to my hair and would like to know how to maintain it and keep it healthy, and if permanent really means permanent. Meaning, my hair will never have curls again. Thanks so much
